About the Role

Coronado Global Resources is looking for a Superintendent Business Systems to lead and enhance our core ERP system. With the Australian side of the business moving into a global, integrated SAP S4/HANA and Success Factors environment, you will be instrumental in driving system improvements, streamlining processes, and optimising user engagement while ensuring seamless integration across departments. This role is perfect for someone who thrives on problem-solving, innovation, and collaboration with internal teams and external partners.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead SAP ERP support and improvement, working closely with vendors and partners to resolve complex technical and functional issues
• Identify and implement process enhancements, assess software updates, and recommend new functionalities that add business value
• Manage user onboarding, security access, and licensing compliance to ensure smooth system operations
• Act as the bridge between business users and IT, coordinating testing, transitions, and driving adoption of ERP enhancements
• Ensure compliance with IT controls, conduct system audits, and maintain data integrity and security.
• Develop and deliver structured training programs and user guides to enhance system knowledge across the business.

About You

•  Tertiary qualification in IT or a related field
• Hands-on experience with ERP implementation and support for SAP, preferably S4/HANA or similar
• Experience with complementary SAP ERP products and tools including ALM, GRC, Ariba and IIE
• Foundation in project delivery, system integration, and business transformation will be highly regarded
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate business needs into system functionalities
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with a track record of building strong relationships across teams
• Experience in application support, testing, compliance reporting, and system documentation.
