As we continue to grow and expand our operations, we are seeking a passionate and experienced Marketing Finance offer to join our team based in Brisbane.

As a Marketing Finance Officer, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the secure, accurate, and timely collection of revenue payments for coal sales. You will be responsible for managing the invoicing process and supporting the Marketing Finance Lead in coordinating sales and marketing-related finances and documentation

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and distribute customer shipping documentation and invoices.
• Issue coal sales invoices and manage credit/debit notes.
• Support Letters of Credit documentation.
• Coordinate and administer demurrage and despatch payments and receivables.
• Reconcile daily Marketing Team bank statements.
• Process foreign currency payments.
• Maintain an accurate register of key publication subscriptions.
• Collate coal sales contract documentation.
• Assist with month-end sales and revenue tasks.
• Submit export declarations to the Australian Government.
• Develop and streamline marketing filing systems.
• Assist with management forecasting and reporting of Curragh coal sales.

About You 

Key to your success will be your:

• • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Experience with ERP systems.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other MS Office programs.
  • Industry experience in a similar role (preferred).
