Marketing Finance Lead

Coronado Global Resources is a leading producer of high-quality metallurgical coal with operations in Queensland and the US, serving customers worldwide.

We are seeking a Marketing Lead to join our Marketing team on a 15-month fixed-term contract based in Brisbane. This role supports the commercial side of global coal sales by managing contract processes, and delivering clear sales performance reporting to help the team make informed decisions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage customer contracts, ensuring accurate administration and timely payments.
• Prepare regular sales and commercial performance reports to guide decision-making including forecast, budget and credit limit reports.
• Month-end reporting and maintain data accuracy and compliance.
• Collaborate with Finance, Legal, Operations, and US teams to align commercial activities.
• Guide and support direct report, fostering a positive team environment.
• Assist in identifying opportunities to improve sales processes and outcomes.

About You:

• Qualifications in marketing, commerce, finance, or a related field.
• Experience working in commercial or marketing roles, ideally in resources or export industries.
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks with accuracy.
• Comfortable working with commercial reporting.
• Collaborative mindset and excellent communication skills.
