About the Role

Located in our Brisbane Corporate office, this role is a vital part of our Finance team. Reporting directly to the Accounts Payable Supervisor, you’ll play a key role in keeping our business moving while building trusted relationships with our suppliers and across the company.

Your role will be rewarding and varied, where you will:

• Take ownership of creditor reconciliations to keep our records accurate and up to date.
• Support Treasury with cash flow analysis by providing accurate and timely accounts payable information.
• Be the go-to person for supplier and operations queries, ensuring quick resolutions and seamless service.
• Manage weekly and ad hoc payment runs and help keep our payments system organised and efficient.
• Safeguard supplier banking details and documentation to maintain secure, reliable payment processes.
• Build strong working relationships with colleagues across Curragh Site, Procurement, Treasury, and Finance to ensure a smooth flow of information and processes.

About You

You’re someone who thrives on organisation, accuracy, and building trusted relationships. You’ll bring:

• Previous experience in Accounts Payable
• An eye for detail and the ability to stay on top of deadlines
• Clear and confident communication skills (both written and verbal)
• A solid grounding in accounting and banking principles
• Experience with SAP preferred, plus Microsoft Office skills
