Role Overview

Are you a skilled IT professional who thrives on delivering top-notch desktop support? As our Desktop Support Officer at Curragh Mine, you'll be a vital part of our technology team, ensuring seamless operations and enabling our workforce to excel. Key Responsibilities:

• Provide hands-on desktop support to ensure optimal IT functionality for our team.

• Install, configure, and maintain hardware and software, contributing to a reliable IT environment.
• Offer prompt assistance to users, resolving concerns efficiently and ensuring minimal downtime.
