About the Role

 

We are seeking a detail-oriented Master Data Specialist to join our team on a 15-month fixed-term contract. In this role, you will be critical in maintaining the accuracy, consistency, and reliability of our systems, supporting preventive and planned maintenance activities across the business. You’ll work closely with Engineering and Planning departments, ensuring master data is optimised to drive operational efficiency and asset reliability.

 

What You’ll Do:

 

  • Maintain and manage core SAP master data including maintenance plans, measurement points, task lists, and PRT accuracy.
  • Review, cleanse, and optimise maintenance and asset management data to support reliability and operational efficiency.
  • Standardise and simplify data structures to reduce costs and improve asset performance.
  • Monitor and action Master Data tickets, providing clear communication and reporting.
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives, identifying opportunities to enhance maintenance strategies.
  • Document processes, provide ongoing training, and maintain open lines of communication with SAP users and AMS providers.
  • Ensure compliance with safety standards and data governance policies.

 

What You’ll Bring:

 

  • Strong technical knowledge and hands-on experience with SAP.
  • Experience in Work Management within Maintenance or Production environments.
  • Ability to facilitate change in an operational setting.
  • Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining high-quality outcomes.
  • Strong commitment to safety, compliance, and operational excellence.
