About The Role
As Maintenance Coordinator, you will ensure that all maintenance work is completed safely, on time, and to standard. This includes managing major shutdowns and outages, optimising asset performance, and supporting the delivery of operational targets through planned and reactive maintenance across a diverse fleet of mining equipment.
What You’ll Do
- Coordinate maintenance execution, ensuring planned and reactive tasks are completed safely, efficiently, and to a high standard.
- Lead major outages and shutdowns, delivering work on time with strong quality control and minimal post-maintenance downtime
- Align maintenance activities with operational plans by working closely with planning, reliability, and production teams.
- Manage workforce coverage, rosters, and contractor engagement while guiding team development, performance feedback, and succession planning.
- Ensure accurate CMMS data entry, track maintenance KPIs, and support cost reporting through timely updates and analysis.
- Liaise with supply and warehouse teams to manage parts and equipment needs, while ensuring all statutory and site safety requirements are met.
What You’ll Bring
- Electrical trade qualification (mandatory)
- High level of Supervising experience
- HV ticket and other role relevant tickets
- Proven experience managing heavy equipment maintenance
- Strong understanding of maintenance planning systems such as SAP and ROC
