Lead Finance Business Partner

About the Role

Key responsibilities include:

• Partnering with site leaders to support budgeting, forecasting and cost control
• Leading month end reporting and financial analysis
• Providing insight into performance drivers and cost trends
• Coaching and developing a team of operations accountants
• Ensuring compliance with accounting standards, internal controls and SOX requirements
• Supporting labour cost analysis and production reporting
• Contributing to the annual budgeting process across Curragh

About You 

You are a commercially minded finance professional who thrives in a fast paced operational environment. You bring strong technical capability, but more importantly, you can translate numbers into clear business insights and influence stakeholders at all levels.

You will bring:

• Demonstrated experience in financial business partnering within a commercial or industrial environment
• Strong budgeting, forecasting and financial modelling capability
• Experience leading or mentoring finance teams
• Confidence engaging with operational leaders and senior stakeholders
• Tertiary qualifications in Finance, Accounting or a related discipline
