About the Role

 

We are seeking an experienced and driven Business Performance Data Coach to join our team at Curragh Mine.  In this key role you who can help us turn raw numbers into real operational improvements and be the go-to person coaching the team on how to get the most out of our systems, supporting smarter work management, and helping us work more efficiently across the board.

 

This role will see you work as part of our Maintenance team, working closely with supervisors and crews to track performance, close gaps, troubleshoot system issues, and roll out improvements that actually stick. It’s a hands-on, people-focused role that helps bring structure and insight to everything we do.

 

Your role will be interesting and varied and will include:

  • Reviewing KPI’s to identify operating discipline related issues & initiate coaching to close the gap. 
  • Providing feedback on functional capability gaps identified through coaching
  • Providing one on one & group CMMS training to maintenance teams in alignment with business process & work management guidelines
  • Providing business improvement & strategic advice to Maintenance leadership to improve efficiency
  • Develop & maintain training and process documents to support site work management requirements
  • Assist in the management & creation of work management reports
  • Manage training of new starters for the business CMMS and work management
  • Guide leadership teams in developing data literacy skills to support self-service analytics


About You

 

You’re someone who knows their way around maintenance systems, has a head for data and process, and isn’t afraid to get in amongst the action. You’re confident coaching others, patient when showing someone how to use a new tool, and quick to spot when something’s not working the way it should.

 

You might be coming from a maintenance planning, reliability, or training background, or you might just be passionate about using data to help people do their jobs better. Either way, you’re organised, collaborative, and driven to make a real impact.

Key to your success will be your:

  • Excellent working knowledge of SAP
  • Experience in Work Management in a Maintenance/Production environment
  • Experience in facilitating change in an operating environment
