About the Role
We are seeking a site based Business Analyst to support our Supply function at the Curragh Complex. Reporting to the Superintendent Governance, Systems and Analytics, you will help develop reporting, analytics and data driven insights that support procurement performance and supplier management.
This role suits someone who enjoys working with data, systems and stakeholders to translate information into meaningful commercial outcomes.
Your role will include:
- Analysing procurement spend and supplier data to identify trends and insights
- Supporting the development and improvement of analytics tools and reporting
- Assisting with supplier performance and claims analysis
- Preparing regular procurement and contract performance reports
- Supporting category teams with market research and data analysis
- Contributing to continuous improvement of systems, templates and processes
Your work will support stronger governance, better visibility of spend and improved supplier performance, directly influence cost performance, supply continuity, risk management and operational outcomes.
About You
You are analytical, curious and comfortable working with data in a commercial environment. You enjoy problem solving and collaborating with stakeholders to improve how information is used.
Key to your success will be your:
- Experience in data, financial or business analysis within a procurement or commercial function
- Strong Excel and reporting skills, with exposure to Power BI highly regarded
- Ability to translate data into practical business insights
- Attention to detail and structured approach to work
- Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills
